Choosing a Tour from Casablanca
From Casablanca, the question is whether to include the Sahara.
Cities only: 6 days
The 6-day imperial cities tour visits Rabat, Meknes, Volubilis, Fes and Marrakech. It suits travelers more interested in history and food than the desert.
Tours from Casablanca to the Sahara: 7 days or more
The desert is about 10 hours from Casablanca, so it fits best in a loop. Our 7-day Morocco itinerary goes north to Chefchaouen and Fes, then over the Middle Atlas to Merzouga and back west to Marrakech. The 10 and 12-day versions add Essaouira, the High Atlas and more nights in each place.
Flights home
Most of our Casablanca tours end in Marrakech or Essaouira. Flying out of Marrakech saves the 3-hour drive back to Casablanca; if you need to return, we plan the last day around your flight.

Is Casablanca a good place to start a Morocco tour?
Yes, for the flights. The city itself needs only a few hours: the Hassan II Mosque and the Corniche. We usually continue to Rabat or Chefchaouen on the first day.
How far is the Sahara from Casablanca?
Merzouga is about 10 hours by road, so we reach it via Fes on day 4 of our 7-day tour rather than in one drive.
Can we visit the Hassan II Mosque on the day we land?
Usually, yes. Guided visits run several times a day outside prayer times; we plan it around your arrival time.
Do Morocco tours from Casablanca have to end in Casablanca?
No. Most end in Marrakech, which has its own international airport. We can end anywhere you like.
