Overview of This Casablanca Day Trip
Casablanca is about 2 h 45 from Marrakech by highway, and the reason most people make the trip is the Hassan II Mosque, one of the few mosques in Morocco that non-Muslims can visit inside. Our private Casablanca day trip adds the Corniche, the Habous quarter and the Art Deco center, and has you back in Marrakech in the evening.
Guided visits inside the mosque run at set times each day, outside prayer times, so we plan the drive around them. The rest of the day is up to you: lunch by the ocean on the Corniche, the Habous quarter built in the 1920s and ’30s, the Central Market, and the white Art Deco buildings around Mohammed V Square.
