Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it and what we do with it. In short: we collect what you send us to plan your trip, plus statistics on how the site is used, and we never sell any of it.

Who We Are
This website is run by Moroccotourspackage, a tour company based in Ksar Hassi Labied, Taous, Merzouga, Rissani, Errachidia, Morocco. We are responsible for the personal data you send us. For any question about this policy or your data, write to us at the email address on our contact page.
What We Collect
When you send a trip request
The form asks for your name and email address, and optionally your WhatsApp or phone number, the tour you are interested in, your starting city, trip length, travel month, number of travelers, hotel level, exact dates and a message. We receive what you choose to fill in.
When you contact us
If you write to us by WhatsApp or email, we receive your message, your phone number or email address, and anything you choose to share.
When you visit the website
Like every website, our hosting server records technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site working.
We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: which pages they read, how they found us, and whether they sent a trip request or contacted us by WhatsApp, phone or email. It does this with cookies and a random identifier; Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. See “Cookies” below for how to accept or refuse it.
The trip finder on the home page remembers your choices in your browser’s session storage, which is deleted when you close the tab.
How We Use Your Data
- To reply to you, and to plan and price your trip.
- To book and run your trip: we share the details they need, such as names, dates and the number of travelers, with the hotels, riads, camps and guides we book for you.
- To see, with Google Analytics, which pages are useful and how visitors find us, so we can improve the site.
- To meet our legal obligations, for example accounting records.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising. We only send you messages about your own request or trip.
Where Your Data Is Kept
Trip requests are stored in this website’s database, with our hosting provider, and sent to our email inbox. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp. If you pay by card, PayPal or bank transfer, the payment is handled by Stripe, PayPal or Wise, and we do not receive your card details. Website statistics are processed by Google, through Google Analytics, and kept for at most 14 months. These providers process the data under their own security and privacy terms.
We keep your messages and trip requests for as long as we need them to plan and run your trip and to answer your questions afterwards. Ask us at any time and we delete them, unless the law requires us to keep a record.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by a code) to measure how the site is used. They last up to two years unless you delete them or refuse them.
- In Europe (the EU, the EEA and the UK), Google Analytics only runs after you click Accept in the cookie banner.
- Elsewhere, it runs when you visit, and you can switch it off at any time.
- The Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page lets you change your choice. Declining removes the analytics cookies. Your choice is remembered in your browser for a year.
We do not use advertising or social media cookies, and Google’s advertising features (Google Signals and ad personalization) are switched off. The site does not load maps, videos or other content from third parties when you read a page, and the fonts are served from our own server. A link to Google Maps on the contact page only opens Google Maps if you click it.
Your Rights
You can ask us at any time to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also object to how we use it. Write to us at the email address on our contact page and we reply within 30 days.
In Morocco, personal data is protected by Law 09-08, overseen by the CNDP (Commission nationale de contrôle de la protection des données à caractère personnel). If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also contact the data protection authority in your country.
Changes to This Policy
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
